Now lets start with step by step screenshots to understand better. Open the flower girl image in Photoshop. Select Polygonal Lasso Tool then select the girl. See screenshot below.

After selecting the girl picture From the menu Edit then click on Copy. See screenshot below.

From the file menu open another image. Then from the menu Edit then click on Paste. See screenshot below.

From the menu Edit then click on Free Transform and transform it. Then click on move tool then click on apply. See screenshot below.

Select blur tool then blur the girl pictures border area. See screenshot below.

After blur change layer blending mode to Vivid Light from the layer palette. See screenshot below.

Select Eraser Tool and delete the unwanted area of girls picture. See screenshot below.

Select blur tool and blur the border area or girl picture where you have erased some pixels. See screenshot below.

Set layer opacity to 95 percent from the layer palette menu. See the screenshot below.

From the file menu save as JPEG format.
