Now lets start with easy step by step screenshot tutorial. Open body image where you will place the tattoo in Photoshop. Then from the file menu open then open the tattoo image. Select Magic Eraser Tool and click on white background color in tattoo image. 

From the menu Select then click on all. After selecting from the menu Edit then click on Copy. Now Back to previous Body Image and from the Edit menu click on Paste.

From the menu Edit then click on Free Transform and transform the tattoo image to adjust with body image.

After transforming click on move tool then click on apply. See screenshot below to understand more.

After adjusting the tattoo change layer blending mode to multiply. See screenshot below.

From the menu Edit then click on Free Transform then transform the image to adjust more with body picture. See screenshot below.

Select Eraser Tool and Erase or Delete the unwanted area. See screenshot below.

Select Polygonal Lasso Tool and select the unwanted area. See screenshot below.

Select Eraser Tool and Erase the selected area. See screenshot below.

From the Select menu click on Deselect. See screenshot below.

Select blur tool and blur the tattoo border area. See screenshot below.

From the menu Layer click on Flatten Image. See screenshot below.

From the File menu Save As JPEG format.
