First open the photo in Photoshop. Then from the menu Image then Adjustments then Color Balance.
Change the color value to get the autumn effect. See the color value of several color to make it autumn effect.
From the menu Image then Adjustments then Photo Filter. Give a Warming Filter 85 with 51 Density.
From the menu Image then Adjustments then Brightness Contrast. Increase brightness. See the screenshot below.
Again change color balance from Image then Adjustments then Color Balance. See the value in Screenshot.
From file menu save as JPEG format.
