Now lets do it with easy step by step tutorial with screenshot to understand better. Open the image in Photoshop. Select zoom tool and zoom the image see screenshot below.

Select Polygonal Lasso Tool then select the are. See screenshot for more view.

After selecting the image from Edit menu copy then paste. See screenshot below to better understand.

Delete the background layer by clicking and dragging it into recycle bin icon in layer palette. See screenshot to better understand.

Select move tool and place the image in center. Then select blur tool and make the border or the lemon juice image softer by clicking on border area. 

From the menu Edit then click on Free Transform then transform it to make smaller to adjust with canvas.

From file menu save as then save as PNG format see screenshot below.

See in this image have no background or transparent background. You have to save the image as PNG format because PNG format could hold background opacity or transparency. If you preview the image then you will find the image have white background but originally the image have not the white background. It is only for preview purpose. When you place the PNG image in any web page then you will find that image took web site background color that means the image is transparent.
